Synthesis Beta Complete Packaging Lines

The Beta machines can be integrated with down-line Universal Pack equipment to produce complete packaging lines, designed and manufactured in-house using latest technology machine tools.

We offer two main categories for the automatic cartoning of the produced sachets using pre-glued folded cartons or flat blank cartons.

1) Mod. Delta:

are intermittent motion horizontal cartoning machines which use pre-glued cartons.
These machines designed and produced conforming to cGMP standards incorporate the cantilever frame construction allowing easy access for cleaning, maintenance, inspection and size changeover operations. The balcony design assures complete separation between motion and product handling, also prevents carton dust and debris from falling into main drive components.
All main machine movements are activated by servomotors (Brushless).
The positive opening technology, additional creasing (up to 120°) guarantees aesthetically impeccable packaging. Delta machines are suitable for automatic cartoning of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food products.

The Delta cartoning machines can be fitted with a variety of optional items such as pharmacode control, tuck in or glue closure, embossing, end line check weight, third party leaflet unit or a smart Universal Pack solution (starting from prefolded leaflet, flat or reel), etc.
The size change takes less than 10 minutes, only 3 indicators need to be adjusted and few parts need to be substituted.

2) Mod. F50:

is carton forming machine suitable to erect boxes starting from flat blank cartons, by means of mechanical former and "hot melt" glue.
Mod. C50 and C60 are our carton closer machines.
A wide range of closures can be obtained, such as:
- "casket" style or "tuck in" with flap glued to outside of the carton
- "head" style with hot melt glue points on the lid
- "side" style with hot melt glue points on the lid.
These machines can be fitted with all the optional items needed for both pharmaceutical and food industry such as pharmacode control, leaflet unit, end line check weight, hot melt applicators, etc.
The change size philosophy is the same for Delta machines (few parts to be changed).

The simplicity, minimum maintenance and quick size changeover are the strength and the key of success of Universal Pack machines and lines.
